Not the best pictures I’ve ever taken, but the model was sure cute! Side-note: I stayed up far too late knitting that little jacket… *yawn*

I have had my first cup of Rita’s.

Hey, I said I would take a picture every day.  I never said I would take a good picture every day.  Side note: Cappuccino cream/fat-free custard gelati is for the noms.

I love Spring.  I must admit that it isn’t my favorite season - that would be Fall - but Spring is a close second.  I took a brief stroll outside to collect our lawn-chairs from the wind last night, and found this little guy poking out of the decorative stones along our house.

What type of flower is this?  They are, literally, everywhere on our property.

The Nooblet stood on her own today!  Granted, she was kind of wedged in between the wall and her toybox… but still, no hands!  Also, note the bobbin - she’s going to be a spinner!

I make some really good fish sandwiches.  I mean, I can even get the Mecha-Hubby to eat them.

Super easy too… dip some tilapia in egg, coat in bread crumbs, fry with non-stick cooking spray until flaky.  Yummy and healthy.

I’ve named him (I’m convinced that Kiwis are male…) Ytterbium.

The first spinning session went pretty smoothly

Ignore the stuff nearest the orifice… that was my poor attempt at an artsy yarn.  The green in the back is probably the most evenly spun singles I have ever made.   I am in love.

My big orange cat, Houdini, has the most beautiful fur… and just happens to shed like nothing else.  Might as well put that fur to some sort of use…
