The very name of it implies comfort food… well, for me at least. I have yet to find a recipe that I’m 100% happy with, but route79’s take on this traditional Indian food comes pretty close. I did take a few liberties in adding both a can of tomato sauce and tomato paste. Something is still a little “off” from what I’ve ordered at my local Indian restaurant, but after some minor fiddling this recipe fills the ticket when I’m in need of spicy, comforting food. This recipe is especially yummy when wrapped up in a piece of flatbread with a little sour-cream. It’s like an Indian burrito of happiness… or something.

I’ve finally started a crochet project that amounts to something more than just a granny square. The basic form for this hat came from The Happy Hooker… but I’m still not totally sure what it will look like when it’s done.
